The Gram Panchayat Level Awareness and Interaction Programme contributed significantly towards improving awareness among senior citizens and community members regarding digital and financial literacy. The digital literacy sessions enhanced participants’ understanding of basic mobile phone operations, use of communication applications, and safe digital practices. Participants became more aware regarding precautions related to cyber fraud, fake calls, suspicious links, and misuse of personal and financial information.
