Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Between MSJE and Vyay Vikas

1. This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is entered on the 17th day ofMay 2024 .at Delhi.
By and Between:

• The Department of Social Justice and Empowerment (herein referred to as "DoSJ&E ")
  

• And

• Vayah Vikas, having its administrative office at 207, 2nd floor, Centre Point Building, Opp Nagarjuna Hotel, Bengaluru, Kamataka
  

2. The DoSJ&E and Vayah Vikas are each individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
3. PURPOSE OF THE MOU:
The primary objective of this MoU is to establish a collaborative framework between the Parties to spread awareness and to promote the welfare schemes of the Government of India among the senior citizens. Vayah Vikas will aim to reach a target of 12,000 senior citizen beneficiaries within the period of validity of the MoU.
