The Block Level Orientation and Awareness Programme contributed significantly towards improving awareness among participants regarding digital and financial literacy among senior citizens. The digital literacy sessions enhanced participants’ understanding of basic mobile phone operations, use of communication applications, and safe digital practices. Senior citizens became more aware regarding precautions related to cyber fraud, fake calls, suspicious links, and misuse of personal and financial information.
