On 15 June, under the Seniors and Youth Connect Programme commemorating World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, awareness and interaction programme was successfully organized at the Chief Minister Rehabilitation Home, Sawai Madhopur.

During the programme, youth participants interacted with elderly residents, and awareness was imparted regarding the prevention of elder abuse, cyber safety, legal rights of senior citizens, helpline services, and the importance of respectful treatment of elderly persons.

A total of 50 participants benefited from the programme. The activity contributed to enhancing awareness among youth regarding the challenges faced by senior citizens and the legal and social protection mechanisms available for their welfare.
