A workshop on Empowerment and Welfare of Senior Citizens was successfully organized at Indira Gandhi Panchayati Raj and Gramin Vikas Sansthan, Jaipur. Program included sessions on yoga and meditation, mental health, nutrition, social security benefits, prevention of elder abuse, financial planning, and social engagement.

Approximately 350 senior citizens participated in the workshop and benefitted from the informative sessions and interactive activities conducted throughout the day.
