Introduction
A two-day training programme for functionaries of senior citizen homes was organized at Roing, Dibang Valley, Arunachal Pradesh on 23–24 February 2026. The training was conducted with the aim of strengthening the capacities of caregivers and staff engaged in institutional care of elderly persons. The programme emphasized the importance of providing dignified, safe and holistic care to senior citizens residing in care homes
